My career as a Realtor began after a number of years with ATB ( Alberta Treasury Branches), a job in which my interaction with customers is what I enjoyed the most! But a desire grew within me to be more in control of my own work schedule while still in the business of helping and serving people, so that I could be present for my kid's school events and special occasions without the hassle of asking for time off! Hence I began my training in the area of residential Real Estate in 2000 and have never looked back! I LOVE helping people find the right home for them, or to assist them in selling in order to move on with their life goals. It is a challenging, yet gratifying career, and there is nothing I'd rather do! My goal has always been to be the best I can be, and to never stop learning, and this career offers that, along with the fulfillment of contributing to others in the community.
I sold homes in the community of Grande Prairie, Alberta first for many years, then transferred to Kelowna, BC and now work with Century 21 Assurance Realty. I love the Okanagan valley!
My family and I were involved in the community of Grande Prairie, Alberta for 18 years. I helped spearhead the first "Dry Grad" at the Composite High School, which continues to present. I have helped coach various kids teams in the local Wolves Basketball league. I was also involved in my local church and spent many hours volunteering at my children's schools. For a number of years now, I have been involved with Make-a-Wish Foundation, an international organization that provides wishes for children with a life-threatening illness. I am also part of a Kelowna community Book Club, the Okanagan Mortgage & Lenders Association (OMLA) and Kelowna Women in Business (KWIB).
